Inside, the Santa Fe has adopted the elevated configuration of the multifunction screen while improving both the quality of the materials used and the overall look of the interior. It comes with three different color options.

The head and leg room are spacious enough and the seats are much comfortable. If you roll down the back seats, you have an ample boot space as well. The driving and gear position is also optimum.

The infotainment system with 7-inch screen includes Apple Car Play and Android Auto, as well as a wireless charger for mobile and USB or AUX jack connection, among others. Optionally you can incorporate a navigation system with an 8-inch screen. In addition, the new 2019 Santa Fe includes a Head-Up Display system projected directly onto the windshield.

The mechanical offer includes two diesel options and two gasoline options. The diesel-fueled 2.0 block is available with two power ranges 150 hp to 185 hp, while the known 2.2 CRDi 200 hp is still present.

All diesel mechanics can be associated with both the six-speed manual transmission and the new automatic transmission with an 8-speed torque converter. Those who prefer gasoline mechanics have at their disposal a 2.4 of 185 hp that is only available in combination with a six-ratio automatic gearbox

It is expected that the Santa Fe range will be completed with a hybrid variant and a plug-in hybrid variant.

The Hyundai Santa Fe incorporates the HTRAC all-wheel-drive system, recently developed by the company, which allows independent control of the amount of torque received by each wheel. A display on the instrumentation screen indicates the amount of torque each wheel is receiving in real time.

In combination with driving modes, the HTRAC system adapts the force distribution to prioritize acceleration, stability or fuel efficiency. For example, the system increases traction in snow, gravel and on regular road surfaces while improving cornering performance.

It is also expected that the upcoming Hyundai Santa Fe will be having fingerprint recognition which will give users a premium and safe keyless entry.
