Thanks to the fast-paced world we live in, we demand our smartphones to adapt to our lifestyle which includes providing the fastest battery charging feature and a battery that will last long in a single charge.

Once upon a time, we had to charge our smartphones overnight because it used to take hours to get some energy top up but in today’s world owing to the companies like Huawei, Qualcomm, MediaTek, etc. we have smartphones that can charge half of their battery capacity in more or less 30 minutes.

In this article, we have picked the 5 best recent smartphones in the market that offer the fastest battery charging feature to the users.

Note: The list comprises of only flagship devices, though the price range is different to help you select that one that won’t ruin your budget

1- OPPO Find X Automobili Lamborghini Edition

Oppo Find X Lamborghini Edition

We have all come to adore the Porsche Design smartphone by Huawei but now there is another competitor in the market that requires our attention. Last month, Oppo launched a special variant of its new flagship device, OPPO Find X Automobili Lamborghini Edition which offers a breathtaking design.

One of the best features of this smartphone is the charging speed. According to the company, it takes around 35 minutes to charge the device’s 3730mAh battery thanks to the Super VOOC which is supposedly the fastest battery charging technology for smartphones.

It certainly is quite a first for any smartphone to charge the battery this quick but the EUR 1,699 (around Rs. 242,524) price tag doesn’t make it an affordable option for many users.

2- Huawei P20 Pro

Huawei P20 Pro

Huawei P20 Pro made its debut in late March and has since been the talk of the town because of its triple Leica camera that has proved to do wonders for mobile photography. If you ever had the pleasure of using a flagship smartphone by Huawei, you would know that the SuperCharge feature is a blessing in disguise that can save your day.

The new Huawei P20 Pro is the same and takes around 72 minutes to charge its 4000mAh battery from zero to 100 percent, according to the Android Authority’s tests. The smartphone is available in Pakistan for Rs. 99,999 which I admit is not for everyone but is it worth the price? Definitely!

3- Honor 10

Honor 10

The latest offering from Honor, the sub-brand of Huawei also offers very fast charging for the users. Honor 10, the flagship device by the Chinese company comes with many jam-packed features including the same chipset as the Huawei P20 Pro, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor etc. (You can read about the device in our detailed review) but what makes it worthy for this list is the SuperCharge feature.

It comes with the fastest battery charging feature by Huawei and takes around 75 minutes to charge its 3400mAh battery from zero to 100 percent. What makes it even more attractive is the affordable price tag of Rs. 56,000, making it accessible to a wider audience.

4- Huawei Mate 10 Pro

Huawei Mate 10 Pro

I admit it is hard to top the fast charging technology provided by Huawei so do not be alarmed to see the company’s another device in this list. Huawei Mate 10 Pro is the last year’s flagship device of the Chinese smartphone giant and though its Mocha Brown color is to die for, it can quickly bring your digital world to life with quick battery top up.

It takes around 80 minutes for Huawei Mate 10 Pro to charge its 4000mAh battery from zero to 100 percent, according to Phandroid. Looking at other smartphones in the market and the battery capacity, we are quite impressed with the charging speed of the device. The device has recently seen a price cut and is now available for Rs. 74,999.

5- OnePlus 6

OnePlus 6

The last place on our list but certainly not the least belong to OnePlus 6. The company already impressed everyone in the tech world with the fastest battery charging feature in OnePlus 5T but the new flagship device exceeds its previously set standards.

According to PhoneArena, OnePlus 6 takes 80 minutes to charge its 3300mAH battery from zero to 100 percent. It is the flagship device of 2018 and is not officially available in the Pakistani market but if you want to get your hands on the smartphone, you can check out Daraz which is offering a 6GB variant for Rs. 77,999 and 8GB variant for Rs. 97,999.
