Dell has unveiled a world’s first laptop that can replace a true desktop. We all know that our laptops cannot substitute a desktop version of computers due to their inability to swap graphic cards, CPU and even RAM.
The company having a major market share of laptops, Dell, has introduced its all-new Alienware Area-51m laptop which is going to be the first gaming laptop that has the latest 9th generation processor, Nvidia RTX graphic card, and to our amusement 64GB of RAM.
New Alienware model is made from magnesium alloy which has a significant role in minimizing the weight of the machine to just 8.5 pounds. The screen is almost bezel-less with rounded corners, unlike the gaming laptops we have seen in recent years. It has a look of a more trendy, stylish business looking laptop rather than a bulky gaming machine.
Alienware Area-51m with its specs and Intel’s Z390 desktop chipset will be one of the most powerful gaming laptops out there when it gets launched. Dell has given the option to gamers to upgrade the Alienware to Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 GPU with 8GB of VRAM.
CES 2019 is having some amazing announcement of gadgets from the tech companies. Dell has seized the opportunity there with Alienware Area-51m and publicized that the laptop will be available for the consumers starting from 21st January with the minimum price tag of $1,949.
