Cat S60, the smartphone of Caterpillar to be launched is the first thermal imaging phone of its kind. It comes with a 4.7 inches HD display with a high resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and a-Si AHVA capacitive touchscreen. Moreover, the screen of the Cat S60 is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass for protection.

It has a 13 MP back and a 5 MP front camera with autofocus and dual flash capabilities that come with underwater video and picture ability.

In addition to this, the S60 comes with an Android 6.0 Marshmallow Operating System. Its internal memory storage is deemed to be 32 GB but can be extended up to 256 GB with the available option of a microSD card.

Powered by FLIR, it is a rugged smartphone that is perfect for the people who work under harsh conditions. It not only is water resistant but is also dust, solar radiation, and shock resistant.

The new Caterpillar phone supports an extended Non-removable Li-Ion 3800mAh battery. As a result, the phone is going to give 30 hours of talk time and also is going to support a 2.0 quick charge.

The price of this high-end smartphone on its release is expected to be around 64 thousand PKR. Considering the specs that this smartphone is offering, the money charged seems justified.
