Drive Tribe, a new platform launched by The Grand Tour and Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, for all the car enthusiasts of the world. This platform is a hybrid of a website, social media and a mobile application where the car lovers can come together and delve deep into the mystic world of all things car. This social platform went live this week.
The basic idea of how DriveTribe works is simple. All one has to do is sign into from their Facebook account and then join at least six tribes (primarily blogs), which will give you access to different content on automotive. According to Drive Tribe’s CEO:
“It is a next-generation vertical that is dedicated to motoring, and that really combines content, social and commerce.”
It is a community specially designed for all the car enthusiasts to revel in all things automobile. This site is made up of hundreds of different tribes where users can publish videos, pictures and articles about any topic. Many tribes let you participate through comments while some let you contribute to the blog as well.
The Grand Tour trio provide digital inclusive media through their platform which provides the user with tribes that are designed to focus on only one particular aspect of automotive culture. It allows members of the site to hand pick what type of content they want to see.
For all the car lovers Drive Tribe is an early New Years gift that they have been waiting for.
