A leading analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who is also a trusted name in the world of leaks of rumors, has come forward with new news regarding the iPhone 8 and Galaxy Note 8. After the release of Galaxy S8 and S8+, Kuo had said that the flagships lacked attractive selling points but has now increased his estimates for the sales of the newest Samsung phones.

According to Kuo, Galaxy Note 8 will be Samsung’s first dual camera smartphone to match a similar camera on the upcoming iPhone 8. It is suggested that the dual camera on Note 8 will be better than the camera on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Galaxy Note 8 dual camera setup is rumored to feature 12MP wide-angle CIS supporting dual photodiode (2PD), 13MP telephoto CIS, 3x optical zoom, dual 6P lenses and dual optical image stabilization. This concept was already leaked with these cameras said to be featured in the Galaxy S8 but instead, the S8 opted for the same camera from the Galaxy S7.

Revealing even more, Kuo said the Note 8 will come with a 6.4-inch QHD+ OLED and is to be powered by Exynos 8895 processor instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.

Following the infinity display by Galaxy S8, the iPhone 8 is now rumored to feature an almost bezel-less design.
