Till now, 2017 has been an amazing year in terms of technology and smartphones as we have witnessed the launch of some amazing gadgets which have left many of us awestruck.
Crowning a single smartphone king is not an easy task but the testers at Consumer Reports have given us their verdict that the Galaxy S8 and S8+ are better phones as compared to the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus in the US.
Apple launched iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus in September and has already sold millions of units worldwide. Though the launch estimates fell short, it was because the real highlight of the season was the company’s 10th-anniversary smartphone, iPhone X.
The organization has ranked the Galaxy S8 and S8+ plus devices on the top two positions followed by Galaxy S7 at the third position and iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 8 were ranked fourth and fifth respectively.
It is quite a stingy predicament that Consumer Reports believe that the last year’s Samsung device is better than Apple’s flagship devices. iPhone 8 is no doubt a solid and powerful device but it hardly gives the iPhone 7 users a reason to upgrade but then again the new A11 Bionic chipset in the new device makes us doubt the ranking
Apple’s new devices are no doubt a solid and very powerful but it hardly gives the iPhone 7 users a reason to upgrade, then again the new A11 Bionic chipset in the new device makes us skeptical of the rating as it can totally top the Galaxy S7 device.
Galaxy S8 and S8+ were launched in March 2017 and since then we have moved on to Galaxy Note 8 which landed on the sixth spot in the ranking.
