A lot of rumors have been circulating regarding Samsung’s upcoming flagship with the Galaxy S8 expected to ditch the home button just like the LG G6 and more.

A screenshot of Galaxy S8’s display settings has been revealed which gives a peak into what the smartphone will be offering display-wise. The Android Nougat 7.0 enabled users to change display settings; the setting can be seen in the leaked image.

According to the image, the Galaxy S8 offers a WQHD+ screen, also referred to as a 3K screen. The resolution has 2960 X 1440 pixels and while that might worry users about the battery usage, you can always switch to one of the low-resolution settings available.

The low-resolution settings on the phone are FHD+ and HD+ with 2220 X 1080 pixels and 1480 X 720 pixels respectively.

Another image leaked shows the box of Galaxy S8+ and it reveals that the AKG branded earplugs rumored to be included in the new Samsung phones will not be included in after all.

Both the S8 and S8+ will be released in a week’s time and be available for pre-order in the second week of April.

Samsung’s dedicated Unpacked event will be happening on March 29 in New York and if you’re not invited to the event physically you can always follow the event live via Samsung’s Unpacked 2017 app.
