Although we are a couple of months away from the launch of Google Pixel 3XL, the leaks are already unstoppable, creating more anticipation and excitement around the phone.
Just after the leak of the hands-on images of the device that seemed to be a prototype, now live images of the Google Pixel 3XL have emerged that seem to be an actual production model.
Shared by a Russian tech blogger, the images show off the Clearly White variant of the Google Pixel 3XL. A big “G” logo can also be noticed on the back of the device whereas the front of the device clearly shows off a hefty notch and a thick chin.
Besides the phone, the retail packaging of the device can also be seen in the pictures which hint that the phone will come with a set of earphones. Looking closely, you’ll notice that these are the USC Type C earphones, which means that the headphone jack is not coming back.
Surprisingly, according to the images, the phone sports a single rear camera. In a world of phones with ultimate cameras like the Galaxy S9+ and Huawei P20 Pro, will the Google Pixel 3XL survive? Let’s wait and see.
The images show that the phone will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm processor (4 x 1.77GHz and 4 x 2.8GHz), which we guessed as the Snapdragon 845, backed by 4GB of RAM and an Adreno 630 GPU. Earlier the Geekbench scores of Google Pixel 3XL had also been leaked which gave us a good idea of the performance of the phone.
As for the launch, Google Canada team had accidentally revealed the launch date of the phone which is 4th October. It seems justified as Google has always launched its phones on the said date.
