While others enjoy the festivity, Haier Pakistan’s customer service department offered a special service to their customers by providing uninterrupted services during the Eid ul Fitr Holidays. Call & service centers remained open on the 2nd and 3rd day of Eid in 5 major urban centers providing doorstep services to their valued customers in Pakistan.
The customers were surprised to get such a swift response from Haier’s customer service team and appreciated their efforts in facilitating them during their hour of the holiday period.

The Customer Service Departments received a total of 74 complaints on the 2nd day of Eid and successfully catered to 84% of them. They received 177 complaints in total on the 3rd day of Eid and resolved 77 % complaints.
Customers from Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, and Karachi regions accessed the service for almost every kind of electronic product including refrigerator, ACs, washing machines etc.
