After spending two months testing the mobile app, Jazz and its parent company have finally launched VEON in Pakistan.
If you still are unaware of VEON app than let us again introduce you to the future of telecom companies which apparently are thinking beyond the SIM card business and are moving towards data communication services.
VEON is a global internet platform that seeks to bring customized and personal experiences and content to its consumers. Last night in a glamorous event, VEON made its official debut for the users across the country.
The mobile app will enable users to call, text, send photos, videos, even location etc. to any other user in a single app. Moreover, the users will be able to get personalized daily recommendation including latest news, music, and videos to their screen and they can follow their favorite channels to stay updated.
The best part about the app? The core functions of the app are entirely free so much so that the users will need their 3G/4G service but no data charges will be deducted.
Furthermore, users will be able to link their mobile wallet with the app which will help them to check on the remaining credit and top up their phones from the app. Here are some of the highlights of the event.
