The ease in US’ restrictions on Huawei has freed Honor from the shackles that stopped it from introducing new products in the international market and the Chinese smartphone maker is only a day away from launching its flagship phone, Honor 20 Pro in Pakistan which will be priced at Rs. 99,999; our sources have confirmed.
The company will start taking pre-orders of the smartphone from tomorrow i.e. 5th August 2019 and will announce the phone’s availability at the launch event.
Honor 20 Pro was first launched in May 2019 and secured Google Play certification a month later. It comes with 6.26 inches of IPS LCD screen with 1080 x 2340 pixels of resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
The handset is powered by Huawei’s Kirin 980 chipset built on 7nm technology and features an 8GB RAM coupled with 256GB of internal storage.
The most sought out feature of the phone is the quad-camera setup at the back which includes a combination of an 8MP Sony IMX586 sensor (1/2”, 0.8µm pixels) with OIS, EIS, and f/1.4 aperture, an 8MP telephoto lens with OIS and 3x lossless optical zoom 5x hybrid zoom and 30x digital zoom, 2MP dedicated macro lens and lastly, 16MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with 117 degrees field of view.
The smartphone also packs a massive 4000mAh battery sporting 22.5W SuperCharge which, according to Honor, can charge up 50% of the battery in only 24 minutes.
