Honor is once again busy in multiple price categories. Earlier it introduced “specs-heavy’ Honor 20 Pro in Pakistan and now Honor 8A, a budget phone has been introduced.

This lightweight phone of 150g comes with 6.09 inches IPS LCD, which is of 720 x 1560 resolution and 282 PPI. Prominent on the screen is the notch at the top that houses the front selfie camera.

Honor 8A comes with the latest operating system Android 9.0, and on top of it there is a layer of EMUI 9.0, and underneath, everything gets processed by an Octa-core Helio P35 chipset. For graphical enhancement, there is a PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

The dual SIM phone comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM setup along with an option to enhance the memory by a 256GB microSD card through a separate dedicated slot.

In the camera department, Honor 8A offers 13MP single lens on the rear. However, the front carries an 8MP selfie shooter that can also provide face unlock feature in addition to the fingerprint scanner on the backside of the phone.

There is 3020 mAh battery to power the phone and Honor Pakistan is providing earphones, and back cover inside the box that carries a launch price tag of Rs. 23,499.
