The fresh mid-range competition from Honor is here. Though Honor 8X was already available for pre-booking in Pakistan, it has officially been launched in a splendid event in Dubai which was attended by prominent techies of Pakistan.
The price tag of its devices has always been a major selling pitch for Honor as it aims to provide a flagship-like experience in a curtailed budget. The best example is the Honor Play, a recent gaming smartphone from the company that packs the specs of a flagship device like the Mate 10 and delivers excellent performance. Similarly, Honor 8X is being launched with the same strategy.
Honor 8X has a huge 6.5-inch screen with a small notch at the top that houses the earpiece, sensors, and the 16MP camera. A Full HD+ (1080 x 2340) resolution screen stretches to give a bezel-less immersive experience with a 4.25mm small chin at the bottom.
It comes with 4GB RAM variant along with 128GB internal storage which can be enhanced with a microSD card since the phone has a dedicated slot for that.
It has a dual rear, AI enabled camera with 20MP + 2MP sensors which f/1.8 so you take better images even in low light. The phone houses a 4000mAh battery along with fast charging.
