Only a few days are remaining before Samsung will unveil its new flagship devices; Galaxy S9 and S9+ but a new leak has left nothing to the imagination as we finally know what the new devices will look like.
VentureBeat’s Evan Blass has shared the new picture showcasing what the new flagship devices by Samsung will look like.
Just like we expected, the Galaxy S9 looks a lot like its predecessor Galaxy S8, which is completely alright as the latter was one of the best-looking smartphones of 2017. It will have the same infinity display along with a Bixby button on the side.
The biggest change in the design of the Samsung’s new flagship device can be observed on the back where thankfully the position of the fingerprint reader has been changed and will now reside below the camera module.
As we previously reported, the company has already thrown major hints about the camera of Galaxy S9 in its teaser videos which most likely will feature 3D emojis, improved low-light photography and super-slow motion feature. The new device is expected to have ƒ/1.5 and ƒ/2.4 with a variable aperture. Sadly we don’t see a dual camera on the Galaxy S9 but the plus variant will definitely feature one.
Just like its predecessor, the Galaxy S9 is expected to have a 5.8 inches Super AMOLED display with 2690 x 1440 pixels resolution. It will pack Exynos 9810 chipset, 4GB RAM, and a 3000mAh battery and is expected to cost more than Galaxy S8.
