Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro are all ready to make their way into the market as the company has already scheduled an event for the launch, but like always, this doesn’t stop the leaks from creeping in. Another leaked render of the Mate 20 has surfaced to give us a better look of the phone’s front.
The leaked renders show of the bezel-less design of the phone. The sides of the screen are almost bezel-free while the chin is considerably smaller as compared to other phones. However, the forehead of the phone also supports a tiny bezel. Surprisingly, Mate 20 will come with a water drop notch like the Oppo F9, as per this leaked render.
The phone will feature a 6.43-inch LCD with a screen resolution of 2244 x 1080 pixels. The notch will house the front-facing camera which seems to be just an ordinary one and not having any advanced facial recognition like the iPhone XS Max.
As the company teased earlier, Huawei Mate 20 comes loaded with a triple-camera setup and an LED flash, all placed inside a square model in the top-center position. It’s going to have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner while the Mate 20 Pro is rumored to sport an in-display fingerprint scanner.
A fresh pricing list has also been leaked confirming the early leaks that the phone will be heavily priced. The new list mentions the price in Swiss Francs and notedly, these are distribution prices so the end consumer will have to pay a little extra than mentioned below.
The phone has already been confirmed to carry the newly released Kirin 980 chipset which contains Dual-NPUs to maximize the efficiency, making the phone 120 times faster than its predecessor, Huawei Mate 10.
Besides that, the phone is rumored to come with a 4200mAh battery that will support Huawei Super Charge; a technology that has already earned its place in the fastest battery charging technologies.
