Can Nokia give us any more surprises? Apparently YES. Earlier this week we got a huge unexpected news that the company will launch Nokia 8 at the end of this month and now various media reports suggest that launch might happen today.

HMD Global seemingly is not having a nice day, first Arto Nummela, CEO of HMD Global resigned from his post and then someone leaked their flagship Nokia 8 on company’s official website.

The screengrab of the image was posted by a user of Chinese social media site Baidu which showcased the yet to be released Nokia 8.

The device looked similar to the render whose image we shared with you two days ago. One of the most interesting things about the newly leaked image was that the locked screen debuted today’s date, which makes us hopeful that the company will release its flagship smartphone today.

The new smartphone will reportedly feature 5.3 inches QHD screen display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, 13MP back dual camera by ZEISS.

Depending upon the model, Nokia 8 may have 4 or 6GB RAM coupled with Android Nougat. It is rumored to carry the price tag of €589 which when converted to PKR becomes approximately Rs. 71,042.

The company has recently launched Nokia 3310 and Nokia 3 in Pakistan and while we are desperately waiting for the launch of Nokia 6 and 5 in the country, we hope we can experience the company’s flagship smartphone soon as well.
