Huawei has already confirmed the launch date of its upcoming flagship devices Mate 10 and Mate Pro which will be unveiled on 16th October. According to Evan Blass, the reputable leaker, instead of two, the Chinese smartphone giant will be revealing three smartphones on the big day.

Reportedly, the internal code name for mate 10 is Marcel whereas the other two are named as Alps and Blanc. Now we know that Blanc is basically the Pro variant of Huawei Mate 10 but we are still not sure about the Alps variant.

Comparing the leaked specs of the two smartphones, it would be safe to assume that the Alps is probably the lite version of the flagship smartphone.
