LG has finally unveiled its much-awaited flagship smartphone “LG G6.” At Mobile World Congress (MWC) 201, the company has given a new definition to encompassing the needs of the smartphone user.
The new LG G6 is solid, sleek and has surprisingly a lot of cool features. Let’s walk through every feature that the new smartphone offers:
LG’s new smartphone has 5.7 inches screen full vision display with 2880 x 1440 pixels resolution. It has an 18:9 aspect ratio, which ensures that the user can display a lot of content at once on their screens.
New LG G6 also employs Dolby’s HDR 10 meaning users can now watch the same quality of videos as they do on their HD TVs.
It is also rated at IP68, meaning it is water- and dust-resistant.
It packs a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 processor that ensures smooth and seamless optical zoom between two camera lenses. It will also feature Android OS, v7.0 (Nougat). LG introduced the latest Android OS in its previously released LG V20 first.
LG G6 has two cameras on the rear of the device, one with a normal lens and another that shoots at a wide angle where both use a 13 megapixels sensor. It also has a 5 megapixels front camera for the selfie lovers.
LG G6 has 3300 mAh non-removable battery that can charge to 100 percent in simply 96 minutes.
The LG G6 features Google Assistant, where you can just “Ok Google” or press the home button to ask your phone for information or give it a command.
Also, the LG’s new smartphone is eco-friendly, meaning means it uses energy more efficiently by conserving it.
