Usman Shah, Brand Manager of the fashion brand while talking to a representative of MORE revealed that the brand came to being when the realization dawned on them that there is a gap in the market for people who believe in fashion but don’t have access to international brands. The working class, fashion trend conscious people unsatisfied with the existing local brands are the main focus of for the premium brand.
Officially launched in 2011, Mocciani has focused on meeting the needs of its market and had thirteen stores in Pakistan. Apart from Lahore, they have an active presence in Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and Quetta. It also aims to target Sindh with launching its outlet in Karachi.
The Men shoes range starts from PKR 4500 and as for Women the brand offers their products starting from PKR 3000-4000. The brand creates in-house designs for all its products maintaining its post-modern look. Mocciani thinks its main competitors are brands like Gucci, Loius Vuitton, etc. that are front runners of International fashion and aims to compete with them for brand excellence.
