Pak Suzuki after halting the booking and distribution of WagonR, its one of the most popular automobiles in Pakistan has finally introduced a new variant in the country.
The company has not made any drastic changes in the new WagonR which will now come with alloy wheels and chromed tail garnish.
Recently, the company announced the new price of WagonR which is an astonishing Rs. 1,164,000. Pak Suzuki has also increased the prices of it many locally assembled vehicles including Mehran, Bolan, Ravi, and Swift.
It is pertinent to mention here that the company already increased the prices of its WagonR variants in January 2018 where the automobile was priced at Rs. 1,114,000 meaning that in just two months the price saw a bump of Rs. 50,000 with a few minor changes to show for.
Pak Suzuki is not the only company to increase the prices of its automobiles as Honda and Toyota did the same at the start of the year owing to the devaluation of rupee by 5 percent against dollars.
The rupee devaluation hit the auto industry the most as most of the raw materials used in the automobile manufacturing are imported.
