The online shopping has broken all the records on the Black Friday, and according to a report from Adobe, which was tracking the e-Commerce transactions throughout the sales holiday, Black Friday is all set to make a new record by surpassing the $3 billion mark. For the first time in the history of the U.S, an event has driven that much Internet traffic to the online shopping stores.
In Pakistan, many online shopping stores are also offering the discounts on many items on Black Friday. The popular e-Commerce stores like Daraz, Kaymu, Yayvo, and many other have presented the great deals, and people are also enjoying these offers. According to Adobe, with an estimated $3.05 billion expected by the day’s close, Black Friday 2016 is now 11.4 percent up from the same day last year.
Most of the Internet traffic is coming from the smartphones and the websites like Amazon, Walmart, Target and eBay said that people are purchasing the items from their mobile phones. Amazon stated that the mobile orders on Thanksgiving topped the Cyber Monday last year. 11 percent Internet traffic is coming from the tablets, and 29 percent is coming from the smartphones.
On Black Friday, Daraz is offering the discounts of up to 80 percent on different items. On mobile phones, it is offering a maximum 50 percent discount. Another online store Yayvo is offering a discount on a lot of products while Kaymu, Zambeel, Symbios, and HomeShopping are also competing with the other online stores. The discounts and deals are also available on the food items.
It is still very early to say if the Adobe’s estimates of the mobile phone sales crossing $1 billion out of over $3 billion in total online sales will change after the end of this event. In Pakistan, Daraz is the winner of the best Black Friday deals. This e-Commerce store is not only offering the discounts on electronics and mobile phones, but also on the women’s fashion and many other items.
