After a well-deserved wait, the Chinese maker launched the OPPO F9 back at the end of August. The company is again rolling its sleeves to launch the OPPO A7 in Pakistan as the phone has already been listed on their official website.
The phone’s predecessor, OPPO A5, has already been making rounds which is why the A7 is expected to be a big hit only because of its upgraded specs and a more refined design.
Talking about enhanced specs, OPPO A7 presents an impressive spec sheet. Though the A5 also came with a notch a pretty high screen to body ratio, the A7 takes it further by replacing the traditional notch with a waterdrop screen which results in a higher screen to body ratio of 88.4%, as the company claims.
The camera in the latest iteration has also got an upgrade. It now comes with a 16MP selfie camera with AI capabilities which means you’ll get all those beauty effects and AR stickers for your Snapchat addiction.
The phone retains a dual camera setup on its back with the same resolution as its predecessor. A 13MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor ornament the back of the phone, however, we’ll only be able to give our verdict about the camera after we get our hands on the device.
By the listing on the OPPO Pakistan’s official site, it pretty much looks that the device is made out of glass body while the frame is carved out of magnesium alloy which allows the heat to dissipate heat more efficiently.
The highlighting feature of the phone is its massive battery. OPPO A7 carries a 4230mAh battery so that you never run out of juice even with heavy usage. The price has not been yet revealed by the company but we do hope it comes with a controlled price tag to tackle the heavy competition going on in the market right now.
