Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is now accepting applications from the PSEB member companies who want to show their expertise in gaming and animation at Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Fransisco, USA. PSEB is a governmental instrument that markets Pakistan’s IT industry and its potential by showcasing Pakistani IT companies in international exhibitions.
GDC is the world’s largest event in the professional gaming industry which has been held every year for the past two decades. This event can provide an excellent opportunity for the companies to interact with the well-established industry veterans and to create networks with prospective customers and companies.
The conference will commence from February 27 till March 3rd, 2017. The software board is looking to sponsor businesses that can show their expertise in gaming and animation and are also committed to building an excellent image of Pakistani gaming industry.
The companies that possess the said traits can apply by submitting their Expression of Interest (EOI) with the following documents:
- Application forms with accurately provided information
- Company profile with details of games developed, screenshots and number of downloads on different app stores, etc.
- Objective statement and association Strategy to attain results from participation
The last date for submission is 12th December. The forms and Demand Draft of PKR 250,000 in the name of PSEB is to be sent before the deadline. In case the company is not selected, or it withdraws its EOI before intimation by the board on selection status, it can get its full demand draft back. Also, PKR 20,000 would also be refunded when the leads report will be submitted to the board after the event
