Buckle up folks for the launch of Samsung’s new flagship smartphone, Galaxy S9 as the company has confirmed that it will be launching it next month.
The Chief of Mobile Division of the Korean conglomerate announced at a press conference in Las Vegas that the Samsung will launch the Galaxy S9 and S9+ at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018.
previously, many reports suggested that the company will give us a sneak peek of the device at consumers Electronics Show (CES) 2018 but apparently we have to wait a bit longer.
The company has already unveiled its next-generation Exynos 9810 chipset which hints towards the possibility of iPhone X-like features in the Galaxy S9 including FaceID and Animojis.
Last year, the company released Galaxy S8 in an Unpacked event in March in New York where it started the sale in April. Look like this year, the sale will kick off in March, a month early as compared to its predecessor,
According to various rumors, the handset will be very similar to the Galaxy S8 but with a repositioned fingerprint scanner and some internal upgrades. We cannot wait to see what the smartphone giant has in store for its users this time.
