Samsung is close to launching its first flagship devices of this year, Galaxy S9, and Galaxy S9+ but if you plan to buy them then you might have to break your budget constraints.
According to the new leak, the Galaxy S9 will be priced higher than its predecessor, Galaxy S8. A report by ETNews suggests that the smaller device will be available for KRW 950,000 while the Galaxy S9+ will be priced at KRW 990,000.
Last year, the Galaxy S8 at the time of its launch cost around KRW 935,000, which is as the simple maths suggest 15000 less than the expected price of the new device.
The company plans to unveil its new smartphones on 25th February, a day before the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 in Barcelona. The company has teased about the improved camera of the new smartphone which we hope will also provide iPhone X-like Face ID feature.
The Galaxy S9 will reportedly boast a 5.8 inches screen while the bigger device will have a 6.2 inches larger screen. The latest information suggests that the company will begin the pre-orders in South Korea on March 2nd, just five days after the official launch of the Galaxy S9.
The phones, however, will be shipped on March 8th and will be available in the market in the following days. We hope that the company shows off its speedster skills and bring the new devices to Pakistan sooner as well.
