Ever since the launch of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, we have been mesmerized by the Infinity display and it looks like the mid-range devices will soon get this feature as well.
According to the latest rumor, the company is planning to include the complete bezel-less display in its Galaxy A (2018) lineup.

So starting next year, the mid-range devices by Samsung will provide a premium feeling thanks to an all-screen display.
If the rumor is true, the new Galaxy A smartphones will ditch the home screen button in favor of an Infinity Display but on the down side, the finger print display will be moved to the back.

Samsung has not yet incorporated an in-display fingerprint scanner so maybe there is still hope that it will perfect this technology in the coming year.
According to various industry reports, the South Korean smartphone’s manufacturer is already in the advanced development stage of Galaxy A (2018) series and will move on to mass production in early 2018.
This new rumor coincides with the company’s product strategy where Samsung aims to differentiate its devices whether flagship, mid-range or entry-level from the rest of the competition.
