We finally know the launch date of the new Samsung Galaxy S9 smartphone. The new flagship device of the South Korean mobile manufacturing giant will be officially unveiled on 25th February.
We already knew that the company was saving the date for its next big reveal in February but now the company has confirmed the final date, which is a day ahead of the mega tech event, Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018. The event will start off at 6 PM CET (Central European Time) or 10 PM PST (Pakistan Standard Time).
The company’s invite to the event says “Camera Reimagined” which falls in line with the previous rumors about the smartphone i.e. the camera of Galaxy S9 will offer improved performance. Last year, the company introduced its first ever dual camera in Galaxy Note 8, so there is a chance that we’ll get to see the same thing in the Galaxy S9.
samsung has already launched its Exynos 9810 chipset whose capabilities hints at the presence of Apple’s iPhone X-like FacialID, AI capabilities, and Animojis. I guess we’ll have to wait for a month to see how much is actually true for the new device.
The device will probably go on sale in March so buckle up and try saving some money for the future.
