Currently, Uber is available in Pakistan’s 6 key cities; Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Gujranwala and the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Uber’s innovative technology connects riders with drivers at the touch of a button.

One of Pakistan’s most popular youth icons and singer Momina Mustehsan was chosen to be Rider Zero for the launch in Faisalabad. Momina has recently made her mark in the Pakistani music industry with her beautiful voice.

Speaking about the launch, General Manager Uber Pakistan Mr. Safee Shah said, “We are proud to launch in another great market like Faisalabad following the launch in Gujranwala last week. Faisalabad holds great potential when it comes to quality transport. We have set the standard for connecting people to world-class transport at the touch of a button and moving millions around the world every day. This launch is very exciting for us, and is aligned with our expansion plans in the country and goal to continue to provide people with safe, reliable and affordable transportation.”

  1. Hi friends, i strongly recommended you, to not to join uber as driver, i had joined uber since its first day, and work for 25 days, in all duration i faced lot of lost by money and vehicle maintenance.
First think to know that i received Pkr 154 only for Garvaish hotel to Airport. Does it meet your fuel expenses? And also one thing that, company provide 50% discount to riders and remaining 50% never pay to drivers. By God sake you can’t earn more than 3000 Rupees in one week with 12 hours daily, how can you survive and bear your vehicle maintenance.
