Now when the buzz from the launch of the Galaxy S10 series is finally simmering down, Huawei P30 series is ready to take the center stage. The Chinese smartphone giant which has successfully surpassed Apple to become the second biggest phone brand is launching its new flagship series in Paris tomorrow.
The event will start at 6 PM PST (2 PM local time in Paris) on Tuesday 26th March 2019. For the thousands of viewers who cannot attend the event, the company will be live streaming the launch on its YouTube channel and you can watch it through the embedded video below.
Huawei is set to launch two devices tomorrow, P30 and P30 Pro. The Pro variant is rumored to come with four rear cameras and with the capability of a 7.8x optical zoom, which would be a first for any smartphone. The company’s teaser video on Twitter leads us to believe that there surely is a grain of truth behind the speculation of massive zoom capabilities.

Huawei P30, on the other hand, will simply come with three rear cameras instead of four and will likely have a flat screen in contrast to the edge to edge display on the pro variant.
The P30 series will also come with Kirin 980 chipset which the company claims is faster than Apple’s A12 Bionic chipset. Given that the last year’s Mate 20 Pro is priced at Rs. 164,400 in Pakistan, it is safe to assume that Huawei P30 Pro will be an expensive device.
